Up to $500k = 1.25% (minimum fee of $1,000)
$500k–$1M = 1.5%
$1M–$1.5M = 1.75%
Additional days = 0.5% per day

EMD Fee Structure:
$0–5k = $1,500
$5,001–15k = $3,000
$15,001–25k = $5,000
$25,001–50k = $12,000
$50,001–75k = $20,000
$75,001–100k = $30,000

💸 REQUIRED DEPOSIT
We require a 5% upfront deposit to lock in EMD funding. That means 5% of the total amount the loan is for.
The minimum deposit amount collected on all loans is $250.
This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and ABSOLUTELY credits toward your total fee for the loan.
(Paid directly via Zelle or wire, with the remaining fee balance reflected in your paperwork. Because time is of essence, we typically use Zelle, but you are always welcome to wire.)
